President Tinubu Reaffirms Commitment to Ministerial Accountability and Addresses Out-of-School Children Issue

President Bola Tinubu emphasized his commitment to holding his ministers accountable for their performance during a meeting with the leadership of Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) at the State House in Abuja. 
He addressed the pressing issue of out-of-school children in the northern part of the country, labeling it as "unacceptable" and urged state governments to prioritize the needs of local communities.

President Tinubu highlighted the significance of education in nation-building and expressed his determination to collaborate intensively on addressing the issue of out-of-school children. 

He also commended efforts on security and emphasized the importance of investing in technology to ensure the security and protection of Nigerian citizens.

Furthermore, President Tinubu stressed the need for effective local government administrations to deliver essential services and urged for greater accountability and responsiveness to the needs of local communities.

 He also discussed economic development, livestock management, and appealed for national unity and continued support for his government.

Additionally, he expressed his readiness to take action if any of his cabinet members fail to meet the expectations of the Nigerian people.

 President Tinubu directed the establishment of a committee to follow up on the issues raised at the meeting and assigned the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, to lead the follow-up efforts.

The Chairman of ACF, Bashir Dalhatu, expressed the forum's appreciation for President Tinubu's achievements and service to the country and highlighted the trust and confidence reposed in him by the people of Northern Nigeria.


 He also acknowledged the president's efforts in prioritizing funding for agriculture and education, maintaining good relations with Nigeria's neighbors, and implementing measures to fast-track the completion of key projects.
