The Secretary to the Ondo State Government (SSG), Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi, has passed away following injuries sustained in a tragic car crash.
The unfortunate incident occurred on December 16, 2024, during his journey from Akure, the Ondo State capital, to Ibadan, Oyo State. He was confirmed dead on Saturday, January 4, 2025.
Hon. Oluwatuyi had been receiving treatment since the accident but succumbed to his injuries, leaving the state in mourning. Ondo State Commissioner for Information, Wale Akinlosotu, expressed deep sorrow while confirming the SSG’s demise.
