Tinubu asks lithium-rich states to invest in mining

President Bola Tinubu emphasized the importance of states rich in lithium to invest in the mining sector for economic growth.
 Speaking at the Nasarawa Investment Summit, he urged governors to capitalize on the global demand for lithium, describing it as "the future." 

Tinubu commended Nasarawa State for attracting investors to the mining sector and encouraged other states to follow suit. 

He highlighted the significance of initiatives like the investment summit in showcasing opportunities for investors across various sectors of the Nigerian economy.

 Additionally, Governor Abdullahi Sule outlined the deliberate efforts made by the state to stimulate its economy and attract investment. The event was attended by notable figures, including the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations and various government officials and business leaders.
