The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has officially launched its recruitment exercise for the Basic Military Training Course (BMTC) 45/2024, inviting eligible Nigerian men and women to join as airmen and airwomen.

Key Guidelines and Requirements:
- Application Process: Interested candidates are required to apply online through the official NAF recruitment portal. Multiple applications will lead to disqualification.
- Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth, possess a National Identity Card/NIN or BVN, and meet the age requirements specific to their chosen category. Non-tradesmen/women must be between 18 and 22 years old, while tradesmen/women must be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must meet the height requirements of at least 1.66m for males and 1.63m for females. Additionally, a minimum credit in Mathematics and English, along with three other subjects in not more than two sittings of WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB, is mandatory.
- Medical and Legal Fitness: Candidates must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit, and free of any prior criminal convictions.

- Application Period: The online registration opens on 21 August 2024 and closes on 2 October 2024.
- Aptitude Test: A Zonal Recruitment General Aptitude Test will be held on 8 October 2024.
